What you need

  • Buyer's licence or mobile
  • Both parties' Aadhaar-linked mobiles

What can block it

  • Unpaid challans
  • Pending tax
  • Active bank lien
  • Expired PUC
Important to know
  • Buyer should complete within 14 days
  • Some RTOs ask to see the vehicle's chassis once
